🌊 Ocean Pollution 🗑

For this week’s blogging task, I will be talking about Ocean Pollution and how bad it is for the environment 🙁

Ocean pollution is when there is rubbish everywhere and no one picks up their rubbish leaving it on the ground for others or no one to pick up and it is seriously endangering our marine life. Globally 100,000 marine life animals die every year because of Ocean Pollution. Ocean pollution impact’s our wildlife animals, sustainability, and the environment. The marine life will swallow the plastic thinking it is food and then choke and sadly die because of the plastic. 🙁

It is a really bad problem that we can fix by just picking up our and others rubbish to make sure that it does not go into the ocean and create more ocean pollution.

Writing Challenge – Week 6

As I woke up on a lovely Sunday morning . So as it was only 7:15 am so it was still a bit too early for a walk, so I was listening to the sounds of the ocean. As an outcome of staying in France with my best friend Lulu and her family, we got to share a room. After she woke up at about 7:40 am I asked her if she wanted to go for a walk on the beach and she tiredly said ‘soon‘.

So after a while we got into some nice cool clothes (our bathers underneath) and walked down to the beach. While we looked at the sunset we talked about stuff going on at school and home. After a bit we realised we had been talking for almost 1 hour so we decided to go to the bakery for breakfast. I called my mum to ask if we could go and she said yes.

We both got a chocolate croissant and a chocolate milkshake. We talked and laughed for a bit while eating our breakfast and then decided to go for a swim.

Later on we walked closer to our place where we were staying. By now it was about 10am so we went for a little swim in the ocean. We splashed in the water and swam out to the pontoon near the front of our house.

We dried of and went to have lunch but when we walked into our house it looked crazy!!

Writing Challenge – Week 4

☃️🎄The 23rd of December🎄☃️

After a long 4hrs and 20 min drive from California to the Mountain High Resort we got there. We left at 2am on the 23rd of December and got there at about 6am. I am called Lia and my parents and called Mary and James. I have 5 older brothers. First Marcus and Finn 21, second Harry and Hugo 17 and lastly Leo my twin brother we are 12.

We just arrived at our house and when I saw it I was in love. I have to share a room with Leo because there are only 4 rooms. But at least I don’t have to share with Marcus and Finn! After we all unpacked our bags I wanted to go sledding yet we could not because it didn’t start till 10am and it was only 8am.

So we decided to go have breakfast a the breakfast bar. I had pancakes, waffles and toast with strawberry jam. Leo, Harry and Hugo decided to also have pancakes, waffles and toast but Marcus and Finn wanted to have coffee and cereal.

After breakfast we all went sledding and other fun winter stuff.

Then we went to have dinner steak and chips. Yummy!

After that we all went to bed.

I think the least helpful is number 1 because they are using letters instead of words like “u” instead of “you” and is not even using proper spelling. I would rate it 1/5
Then I think number 6 because it is using some more proper spelling than number 1 but still not using a lot of it. I would rate it 2/5
Then number 4 and 7 because they are a bit more helpful than 6 but still not the most helpful. I would rate them 3/5.
Then I think number 3, 5 and 8 because they are for formal. I would rate them 4/5.
The most helpful is number 2 because it is using capital letters and full stops. Also it starts and ends the comment by addressing the person and it is using a paragraph when talking about a different subject. I would rate it 5/5.
